Website and Webapp
ShowMakers needed a brand new site that would function as a membership management app for freelancers in the corporate events industry. I built a database using Airtable and used Softr to connect the site front end to that data. Members are able to search for work opportunities and make connections with other AV Engineers. Corporate AV providers are able to find potential freelancers to hire for specific jobs. Future plans include monetizing the service through a subscription model using Stripe.
Freedom Dental
Logo and Website
Freedom Dental doesn't really exist. At least not this one. I came up with this as a sample for dentistry and I think it's pretty good. Now I just need to find a dentist ready for a rebrand. I created the logo and put the site together based on researching other local dental groups.

Accolade Community Theatre is a pretty awesome group and they needed just about everything. Ticketing costs for their show were killing them and they needed a lot of help keeping track of all their actors and getting information out to the right people at the right time. I put together their new logo, branding, and website. For the logo they wanted something playful and inviting and I think we found it. If you look closely the "A" in Accolade is taking a bow. Fun, right? For the site, Accolade wanted to be able to sell their own tickets rather than using expensive ticketing services. I used Jotform and Stripe to create a checkout process that works great for their tickets as well as tuition, t-shirts, donations, and just about anything else they need. The savings they reclaimed on ticketing allowed them to more than cover the cost of the new site in not time.

A little bit about myself… I built my first website back in the dark ages somewhere around 1998. I managed to create something that was useable, but clunky as all get out. I wish I still had screenshots. But I stuck with it and learned to code and found that I really enjoyed the combination of artistic creativity and technical knowledge required. Now I design and develop sites for small business and non-profits.I’m also a longtime photographer and videographer. All the photos on this site are mine.
